Tried out O Noir
tonight. An experience where you eat a
meal in pitch black. The servers are
blind, so they were able to lead us and navigate the room pretty well.
The meal was set
(ie. You first order in a room where there was light, pay for it, then you line
up to be led into the dark room). I
wasn't sure if by not seeing if it made the flavor of the food come out more -
but it was definitely a very interesting experience.
