Mashiko with Ema

Haven't been for awhile now (by my standards).  Mmmmm...

The menu:

  • Kumamoto oyster 
  • Geoduck on lime w sea salt
  • Sungiku (tong ho) pressed crysantheum with sesame
  • Scallop cerviche with pineapple
  • Shrimp of some sort
  • Hamchi, mountain potatoe
  • Poached abalone with shitake mushroom, onion
  • Maguro tartar
  • Sake poached oysters
  • Salmon w Fuji
  • Nishin, albacore Toro, white king,,ameabi
  • Summa, summa bones, summa w mountain potatoes and red miso
  • White king salmon kama
  • Lichee w. Coconut sorbet
